MEDalign Pillow: Finally, Nights Without Snoring

Snoring is GONE, I am a customer for life. I previously tried an anti-snoring mouthpiece and HATED it. They were bulky and left me all drooly, and fell out as soon as I fell asleep. This adjustable pillow has been a much more comfortable option for me

I've been at my wits end trying to find a product that actually helps stop my snoring and hopefully aid with my mild sleep apnea. I've tried SnoreRx, Airwaav, tongue retention devices, and none of them have provided me significant results like this pillow.

6 month update: Figured I’d finally leave a review. The hump on the back of my neck looks smaller, and I feel a lot less self conscious about it now. I used to always wear my hair down to cover it. Now I just throw it up without really thinking about it, which feels pretty good.

I can not tell you how many pillows I’ve gone through in my quest to find just ONE where I would be comfortable, would retain its shape all night and would keep me aligned so that I wouldn’t wake up in more pain than I had when I went to sleep. The first thing I noticed was that it didn’t have that funky smell after I took it out of the packaging. Next, the pillowcase was really, really, soft,and washable. Then I layer down on it. The brochure says it might take a couple of days to get used to how it feels. Not for me. It felt wonderful. I sleep both on my side and on my back. Both felt great. Finally, I went to sleep on it. I fell asleep quickly, feeling totally relaxed the way my head was cradled. And I slept through the night, not having been awakened because my arms were waking up. The next morning,I got up with no neck or shoulder pain. It was like a miracle. Do yourself a favor. Buy one.

I wake up feeling like happy jello.

The pillowcase is also easy to clean and air dries pretty quickly (within two or three hours). No odor, doesn't retain much heat, it's just brilliant all-around.

JUST REMEMBER: you need a little time to get used it! The instructions recommend two weeks on average -- it took me about a week to adjust and I'm never going back to soggy, saggy pillows ever again. Literally the only downside I can think of is the limited selection of colors, but I could care less when I feel this good.

Let me start out by saying I have had neck pain for 30years. I have a degenerating cervical spine and have been in severe pain. I really thought buying this pillow would not work but I saw all the good reviews and comments on great customer service.

I usually have to bend and mangle pillows to shape them to help alleviate pain. This pillow was already shaped correctly. The middle of the pillow has a divot which allows you’d head to drop lower than your neck. This allows your head to be in alignment.

It worked sleeping on my back and side. The way the pillow is shaped allows for the best support.
So this is from 2 nights sleep. Both days waking up in MUCH LESS PAIN than in 39 YEARS!!!!!
